LETTER OF CONCENT

It was July I sign the letter of offer from HLBB.

August, I sign the agreement with bank's Lawyer,

after I got my SPA done.

So it went on Ding dong ding dong..

Last two weeks my jadual17 finally went into the Land Office..

And Ding dong ding dong..

TODAY!

IT'S SIGN!AND OUT!

Praise the Lord, Amen??!!!

But..

The Sri Ledang Developer's lawyer gotta send the doc to my developer.

This process takes a day..Dotz1

And the Developer will take another day to send to my Lawyer..Dotz2

My Lawyer need another day to send it to the Bank..Dotz3

And another day, the Bank will send my doc to bank's Lawyer..Dotz4

Question: Why can't they do it in one day? Since no extra signature required.

And why can't their lawyer send it directly to my lawyer, and my lawyer send it directly to the bank's lawyer?

Stupid procedure, probably this is my 1st property. Too fresh.
